New changes coming up.

It's 11 PM on a Friday night and I'm sitting here working on catching up on some amazing senior sessions I've done over the last few weeks. Yes I'm THAT behind at the moment. Finals this semester have really kicked me in the rear so I'm thankful I decided to take the whole month of December off in anticipation with this.

Speaking of, have you all heard of Pandora.com? It's my favorite music player when I'm up at night working while the rest of the house is quiet as a mouse.

I must admit I'm dissapointed in myself for not keeping up with things here on the blog. Part of my lack of posting is being unsure how many people are actually here looking at this, so, starting next year, I'm going to be posting a monthly special to keep you all on your toes. It'll be really GOOD too, not just a "free 8x10", no. This special will be something so cool. I just can't tell you what they'll be yet. ;-)

Other changes happening will be some shifting around of my packages and pricing. Like the saying go, the only things promised in life are death and taxes. Since my last (first) year in business has been so amazing and things are only looking up, I'm going to go ahead of get rid of some of my promotional packages and just rearrange things to include popular items. I am excited to show you some new items we'll carry as well. It's going to be so fun.

Another huge change is that I am accepting weddings. I have two booked already and more inquiries coming in. I will offer three more weddings at a special promotional price so if you or someone you know is interested please have them get a hold of me soon.

Speaking of, I have a bridal session tomorrow with Miss K so I should get to bed soon so I will be bright eyed and bushy tailed and on my "A" game tomorrow.

Introducing Slide Shows!

To help explain a little about how your session will go, I'm going to show you our slide shows and explain what they are.

First, view an example of our online slide show. This is actually my son's first birthday party from a few weeks ago. I can't believe he's getting so big.

A full length slide show like the one above is available with certain packages or as an add-on for $75. Each additional copy is $15, they make great gifts for family and friends. You can have your slide show be DVD ready, so they will play on your TV or if you just want to email them to friends and save to your computer we can do that as well.

All sessions will also have a "preview" slide show available to them about one week before the viewing appointment. This is a special glimpse available to allow you to see your pictures before the night of the viewing appointment. Not ALL the proofs will be included, just enough to help get you excited to see the rest.

Holiday Cards again...

Am I the only one who tends to break out the holiday music way too early? For some reason I just really love the anticipation of the holidays over the actual event.

To help curb my ever growing hunger for some white snowflakes and frosted cookies, here are a few more of our holiday card templates offered this year. Remember, every time we post holiday cards the first person to email us gets a set free!

As promised here is Monday's Holiday Card Debut. As I said before, I'm so excited to be offering so many designs this year to my clients. They're such a fun way to give your loved ones a fresh and unique bit of cheer this season.

And, as I said before, the first person to email me will receive one free set of cards with a new session booked before November 15th.

Holiday Cards Debut!

As I mentioned yesterday we have some beautiful holiday cards to offer everyone for the 2007 Holiday season. I'm so excited to be able to offer these and, to tell the truth, I've been having a hard time figuring out which style I want to use myself this year!

These cards will be printed on a lovely linen photo paper and come with envelopes. They are 5x7 in size and can be customized to include your family names, and have room on the backs for a personal message.

I was planning on holding off a few weeks before I showed these off, but I'm so excited I had to give out a little sneak peek. ;)


Cards will be offered at $40 for set of 25 or $70 for set of 50.

And, because I'm so nice, I'm going to start a little game. Each Monday I will debut a new card design and then the first person to email me AFTER I've posted the design will receive one free set! You can use the cards yourself or donate your prize to someone else. Set of cards must be used on a picture from a Sarah Anne Photography session and redeemed before November 15th.
